These terms govern your use of TickAI. They will be finalised with legal review before launch.

The service

TickAI helps you identify, review, document and (optionally) disclose AI-generated content. It does not provide legal advice or certify compliance — see our professional legal advice where needed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the decisions you record and for ensuring you have the right to scan the sites you submit. Scans respect robots.txt and are rate-limited.

Support & impersonation

With your account, our staff may access it for support and debugging. Such access is logged, and you will see a clear banner whenever an administrator is acting on your account.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed per domain via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your billing settings.
