Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data TickAI processes and why. It will be finalised with legal review before launch.

What we collect

Account data (email, organisation details), billing data (handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and product usage. For anonymous site scans we store the scanned URL and the results for a short period (typically 24–48 hours), linked to the URL and not to any personal identifier.

Content we process

To read provenance, we fetch your assets transiently and keep only the extracted metadata for your audit trail — we do not retain the asset files themselves.

Sub-processors

We use Supabase (database/auth/storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (security/CDN), and processing providers for crawling and analysis.
