TickAI helps online businesses get ready for the EU AI Act’s Article 50 transparency obligations, which become enforceable on 2 August 2026.

Our view is simple: the law does not say every AI image needs a label. The real work is knowing which assets plausibly need disclosure — decided through triage and a documented human review, with evidence you can export. That’s what we build.

The name “Tick” is a checkbox and a checkmark — a record that you reviewed something — not a guarantee of compliance. We’re deliberately careful never to overclaim.
